We aim to please!

We want you to be happy with your order, however, we understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t work out. Our goal is to make the return process as painless as possible.

We will happily accept unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund or credit for all qualifying orders.

DOMESTIC RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

To return your order, please include the original invoice, as well as any gift(s) included with purchase (if applicable.) Simply use the pre-paid USPS return label included in all qualifying orders. We recommend you insure and track your package, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice, if you prefer. INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

All international orders must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To get a RMA code, please e-mail help@fashionest.com with your name, order number, and the items you would like to return. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping for international returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.

NON-QUALIFYING ORDERS (CANNOT BE RETURNED)

While we are happy to process a return for most items, certain types of merchandise cannot be returned. These include:

  • Custom-made and personalized items, including monograms and nameplates
  • Products modified as per customer requests (resizing, engravings, etc.)
  • Items that have been damaged or modified, beyond manufacturer defect
  • Items that are obviously used
  • Items altered in color or appearance due to chemicals or other environmental situations beyond our control
  • Items purchased on sale

REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification from us when we receive and process your return. Fashionest reserves the right to inspect all returned items to ensure that they are in good condition before processing a return. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we cannot process exchanges. However, it’s easy to return one item and purchase another item using the simple process described above.

LOYALTY POINTS

Fashionest loves rewarding you for shopping with us! Please note that Loyalty Points are one-time use and non-refundable. If you return an order, the Loyalty Points you earned on that order will be deducted from your account after your return has been processed. If the points you earned have already been spent on the returned order, then the dollar value of the used points will be deducted from your total refund.
